Project management of new building and refits is a complex task.  With decades of experience, and totally independent of any designer, naval architect, broker or shipyard we offer unbiased and independent advice to clients and owners. 

Typically, we engage with our Principals at the very earliest part of a project to work up a concept and design brief based on the client needs.  Depending on a vessel type we would select either a designer or naval architect and draw up the preliminary design and specification suitable for tender prior to putting the project out to tender with shortlisted suitable yards. 

We spend a great deal of time analysing tender responses accompanied with meetings with shipyards prior to selecting a yard for build.  Legal negotiations which are fair for both owner and yard are managed by us with our lawyers. 

Once a contract has been signed we are able to put in a project management team to work alongside the Owner and with the yard to ensure that project is delivered on time to budget at the right quality.
